The place is conveniently situated at Bangga San Miguel, Brgy. Sum-ag (Near Metro Supermarket), Bacolod City, Philippines. The place caters to both à la carte preferences and an irresistible all-you-can-eat seafood feast priced at just 333.00/pax. Envision a generous serving brimming with an assortment of shells, crabs, squid, potatoes, corn, and even chicken sausage. Now, let me be candid—I’m no culinary connoisseur, but I detected a subtle hint of paprika that bestowed a delightful, smoky flavor, elevating the overall dining experience. However, it’s worth noting that the paprika infusion might not appeal to those with a distaste for its distinctive taste.

Adding a playful touch to the meal, the resto presents this seafood bounty using a stainless spade, directly from the cauldron. While plastic gloves are provided for a mess-free experience, we willingly embraced the tactile adventure. In truth, simplicity is key for me when indulging in shells and crabs—a nod to Uncle Ger’s dedication to delivering freshness and flavor.

During our visit, we spotted a mix of locals, foreigners sipping on beers, and families enjoying a casual meal. The diversity added a charming layer to the overall experience.

To be straightforward, there are a couple of things that could be a bit better. The seafood dish was great, but it would’ve been nice to have more types of crabs and squid. It had a lot of scallops and green mussels. However, the seafood was fresh and good, and the prices were reasonable.

One thing to note is that sometimes there was a pause during the busiest time of eating, which could be a bit annoying. Imagine your hands all messy with sauce, and there’s no more food on your plate. Despite these small things, overall, it was a good dining experience.
