March 18 was a day filled with excitement and anticipation as I attended the Panaad Sa Negros Festival Launching and Sashing of Lin-ay sang Negros. The festival, held annually in Negros Occidental, Philippines, is a celebration of the rich culture, heritage, and traditions of the Negrenses.

What is Panaad Sa Negros Festival?

Known as the “Festival of Festivals,” is a celebration that brings together the 13 cities and 19 municipalities of Negros Occidental to showcase their unique culture, products, and traditions. It is a time when Negrenses from all walks of life come together to celebrate their culture and the Best of Negros. Stay tuned for the final list of the schedule of events for the festival, which will be held on April 15-21, 2024.
