As a proud pet owner, I always look forward to events celebrating our furry friends, and the Falcor Pet Pawrade Year Three did not disappoint! Held at the Pet Park in the Upper East Township of Megaworld in Bacolod City, this year’s event attracted over 140 pets and their owners, creating an atmosphere filled with joy and camaraderie.

A Heartwarming Opening [ Falcor Pet Pawrade ]

The day began with an inspiring speech from Christine Yusingco, the General Manager of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls-Bacolod. She welcomed everyone with open arms, emphasizing the importance of our bond with our pets. Although I didn’t bring my dog this time, I felt a sense of belonging as I watched fellow pet owners proudly showcase their companions. It reminded me of the joy my pup brings into my life.

A Festive Atmosphere at Falcor Pet Pawrade

One of the most delightful aspects of the Pawrade was the colorful display of pets dressed in MassKara costumes. Seeing these adorable animals adorned in vibrant outfits truly made me smile. The costumes not only celebrated Bacolod’s rich cultural heritage but also blended seamlessly with the festive spirit of the ongoing MassKara Festival. The park was exciting as families participated in games and contests, each moment filled with laughter and cheer. Even though I didn’t have my dog by my side, I enjoyed watching the playful antics of other pets, imagining how much fun my furry friend would have had.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the special awards ceremony. As pets strutted their stuff, competing for titles like “Youngest Dog ” and “Oldest Dog, ” etc., I couldn’t help but feel a sense of pride for all the pet owners who had put so much effort into showcasing their companions. Each award presented was a testament to the unique bond between pets and humans.
