I decided to take a break from the heat by chilling out in the mall, hoping to relax by looking at stuff in the shops. It was around 2 pm when I got lost in a movie at the theater, trying to escape the scorching weather. Soon enough, my friends CG Hisona and Mark Canieso showed up, ready to hang out and beat the heat together.

We spent the day wandering around the mall, snacking, and checking out stores to pass the time. But as the day went on, we started feeling hungry. CG Hisona needed some furniture for his place, so we headed to Vista Mall to help him out. But when we got there, all the restaurants were packed with people. So, we decided to try our luck at Casa Blanca Restaurant, a hidden gem we’d heard about.

Discovering Casa Blanca Restaurant: A Haven of Classic Fare and Eclectic Ambiance

Located on Circumferential Road near Montebello Subdivision, Bacolod City. The place beckoned with its promise of classic dishes and eclectic ambiance. While our visits to this culinary haven were not infrequent, the opportunity to document our experience had eluded me until now. Its timeless dishes and unique décor set it apart, with antique furnishings and reproductions adorning the space in a fusion of dining and retail.

Stepping inside, we were greeted warmly by the waitstaff, their smiles as inviting as the décor. Each table bore its distinctive character, mirroring the eclectic charm of a well-loved dining room. Despite being seated at a table for five, our trio found comfort amidst the turquoise chairs and colorful surroundings, adding to the whimsy of the setting.

Despite the disappointment of the overly sweet pomelo salad, the overall dining experience at Casa Blanca remained enjoyable and memorable. Each dish showcased the restaurant’s dedication to quality and flavor, leaving us eager to return and explore more of its culinary offerings.
