Northill Parade: A Retail Haven

• Free-standing Retail Concept: The place spans a generous 2.4 hectares and boasts a substantial total leasable area of 1.1 hectares. It’s designed as a free-standing retail concept, a nod to the stopovers found along American highways to and from airports.
• More than Shopping: While retail and dining establishments will be a focal point, Northill Parade will also feature open spaces, parking, and beautifully landscaped pathways. This development is part of the 7.5-hectare mixed-use retail and leisure complex within Megaworld’s Northill Gateway township.

International Dining Brands Arrive in Bacolod

• The Bistro Group: the place is set to host five first-in-Bacolod international casual dining brands from The Bistro Group. These include Denny’s, TGI Friday’s, Randy’s Donuts, Texas Roadhouse, and Olive Garden. It’s worth noting that Randy’s Donuts and Olive Garden will debut outside Metro Manila, with Randy’s Donuts even offering a dedicated drive-thru lane.

• Great Convenience: Beyond serving travelers along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road, Northill Parade will add great convenience to residents of nearby areas such as Forbes Hill, Fountain Grove, and neighboring villages.

• Expanding Lifestyle: In 2021, Megaworld unveiled McDonald’s Forbes Hill, the first-ever McDonald’s NXTGen store in Negros Occidental, near the iconic Bacolod City Welcome Marker. The area is also home to Forbes Hill and Fountain Grove, thriving residential communities by Megaworld’s subsidiary Suntrust Properties, Inc.
