Upon stepping inside, I was met with Merzci’s finest goodies. The endless choices, from classic pastries that reminded me of my childhood to innovative creations, piqued my curiosity. But the star of the show? The Ube Napoleones! This exclusive delight combines the unique flavors of ube (that gorgeous purple yam) with the delicate flakiness of a Napoleone’s pastry.
